Hyperhidrosis

Hyperhidrosis is a condition marked by excessive sweating, beyond the effects of heat, exercise, or stress. It mainly affects hands, feet, underarms, or face, and can disrupt your life and cause emotional distress. However, there are ways to treat it, both long-term and short-term.

*Seek immediate medical attention if you have heavy sweating with dizziness, pain in the chest, throat, jaw, arms, shoulders or throat, or cold skin and a rapid pulse.

Treatments:

MiraDry

MiraDry is a groundbreaking and permanent solution solution for hyperhidrosis, a condition characterized by excessive sweating. This non-invasive treatment targets sweat and odor glands in the underarm area, delivering precisely controlled electromagnetic energy to eliminate them. Safe and FDA-approved, the MiraDry procedure is quick, typically completed within an hour, and requires minimal to no downtime. The results are long-lasting, providing significant and often permanent reduction in underarm sweat and odor. MiraDry is an ideal choice for anyone seeking an effective and durable solution to the challenges of hyperhidrosis.

Most patients report a dramatic reduction, but not complete elimination, of their underarm sweat.  In a recent clinical study, the average sweat reduction was 82% after two treatments.
