If you had filler in your jawline no chewing/soft food only for the first 48 hours.
Sleep on your back for two days after that sleep on your most swollen side.
Do not rest the face on hands, lean or put any pressure on the face for 2 weeks.
Do not wash the face after the procedure on the same day. The next day you may follow your normal daily washing routine.
Do not apply make-up, lotions, sunscreen or other skin care products for 24 hours. Avoid anti-aging products on ports for a week.
Do not work-out excessively for the next 48 hours. Only light workouts (no heavy lifting) and avoid putting your head below the waist.
Strongly advised to come in for a follow-up massage the next day if you are concerned about the swelling.
No swimming, no massages or facials, or any other treatment that may cause pressure on the face for 2 weeks after the procedure.
Do not vigorously touch or massage the face for 2 weeks.
